Train & Play days combine specific skills training and tournament style play. Each Train & Play day will focus on different skills.
Format:
Check In at 7:50
Sand volleyball skills training begins at 8 AM
Skills covered in this session: passing (serve receive) and hand setting
Followed by Tournament Style Play (QOB Format)
NO PARTNER NECESSARY! This session is open to returning Flow STG club members and new athletes alike. Come learn, play, get better, and have fun!
