Flow STG Movement X Bloomington

At Flow STG, 'finding your flow' means discovering, building, and sustaining your rhythm- in the gym, on the mat, and in life. Through private training and group fitness, we empower people of all ages to unlock their full potential with strength and connection. We are so excited to offer new fitness classes to members of the Bloomington Apartments community!

Class Descriptions:

  • Mat Pilates

    • A blend of BASI and Classical Pilates methods designed to emphasize strengthening and stabilizing the core muscles, including the abdominal, back, and pelvic floor muscles. This class is for anyone who wants improved core strength, flexibility and mobility, tone and definition, as well as reduced stress.

  • HIIT + Strength

    • HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) offers bursts of cardio while Strength Training integrates equipment (resistance bands, dumbbells, or kettlebells) and bodyweight exercises. Perfect for those looking to increase their cardio fitness and and improve functional strength.

  • Flow Fusion - (Low Impact)

    • This high-energy class blends dynamic yoga flows, core Pilates moves, and mobility exercises. Perfect for those seeking both strength and flexibility, and a good burn, without high-impact stress on joints.

  • Core + Restore - (Yoga Inspired)

    • This class has two parts - CORE and RESTORE. During core, we focus on building strength in your body’s stabilizers, including: abs and obliques, shoulders, hips, knees and ankles - as we move through a yoga-inspired flow. We then shift to restore, which features long holds, use of props and an emphasis on your breath. Benefits of this class include reduced stress, better sleep, and improved overall wellbeing.
