Fall 2025 Performance Training

For 9th-12th grade athletes looking to level up their game - whether indoor or beach. Sessions focus on strength, agility, mobility, and injury prevention to help players jump higher, move faster, and feel stronger.

  • NOVEMBER 15TH - 7:45-8:45 AM

  • NOVEMBER 22ND - 7:45-8:45 AM

  • DECEMBER 6TH - 7:45-8:45 AM

  • DECEMBER 13TH - 7:45-8:45 AM

Location: Fossil Falls Park - St. George, Utah

Open to club members and non-members. Female athletes only. $20 per drop in session OR pre-register for all 5 sessions and get 1 free ($80 total).

Scheduling is determined by a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) court availability, coach availability, skill level, and desired training.
